寿县合兴浅谈预应力钢结构有哪些优点?

    预应力钢结构的主要优点有四个。一是可以充分、反复地利用钢材弹性强度幅值,从而提高结构承载能力。传统钢结构的承载力是从材料的零应力状态开始,逐渐加载而达到材料设计强度而终止受力的,其承载力即为结构承受各种荷载的总和。而预应力钢结构承载力则始于预应力产生的负应力状态。预应力钢结构受载后,材料经过负应力→零应力→正应力→设计强度应力,达到结构的承载力终值。所以,结构承载力提高部分是由材料从负应力至零应力这一阶段贡献的。多次预应力钢结构具有多次从负应力至零应力的受载过程,因此,其能多次作出贡献,所以具有更大的承载能力。


二是可以改善结构受力状态,降低应力峰值。譬如,受弯构件中的峰值弯矩,可以通过增加撑杆施加预应力,将部分弯矩转换为轴向力。因此,将弯矩峰值降低,并减小构件截面,甚至利用预应力技术创造出零弯矩的横向结构体系,如索穹顶。

三是可以提高结构刚度及稳定性,改善结构的各种属性。预应力产生的结构变形常与荷载下变形反向,因而结构刚度得以提高。由于布索而改变结构边界条件,可以提高结构稳定性。预应力可以调整结构循环应力特征而提高疲劳强度。降低结构自重而减小地震荷载,从而提高其抗震性能等。

四是可以降低用钢量,节约成本。挖掘钢材强度潜力,改善结构边界条件,优化结构杆件、截面尺寸,创新承重结构体系等优势的总和,必然反映在降低钢材总量上。在保证结构承载和使用功能的前提下,节约材料消耗量、降低成本,就是设计人员在本职工作中体现“低碳经济”、“绿色建筑”理念的大事。

Third, can improve the structure stiffness and stability, improve various properties of the structure. Prestressed structure deformation and reverse deformation under load, stiffness is improved consequently. Change due to bousso structure boundary condition, can increase the structure stability. Prestressed can adjust the structure of cyclic stress characteristics and improve the fatigue strength. Reduce weight and reduce the seismic load, thus improve the seismic performance, etc.

Fourth, can reduce the amount of steel, save the cost.
