钢结构防火涂料使用中存在的问题

1)产品质量和市场问题当前防火涂料市场秩序混乱,假冒伪劣现象严重,违法生产销售、偷工减料、以假充真现象十分突出;市场的无序竞争导致大量劣质消防产品流入建筑工程,造成工程质量隐患,对公共安全构成严重危害。目前钢结构防火涂料在产品质量和市场上主要存在检测时偷梁换柱、生产上以次充好、施工时偷工减料、管理不规范,工程监督力度不够等问题。

2)组成成分问题薄型和超薄型防火涂料的成膜物质为各种有机树脂或乳液,膨胀阻燃体系大多为P桸体系,即其膨胀阻燃体系包括酸源、碳源、气源三大部分。从这三部分的常见组份可以看出,防火涂料在起到保护作用的同时,其阻燃成分有可能释放有毒气体。如果这些气体的浓度超过了人体的耐受极限,便会对未逃离火场人员以及消防灭火人员产生危害。


3)正确选用问题笔者从事钢结构防火涂料监督检测多年,发现在实际工程中钢结构防火涂料的正确选用上存在一些问题,大致有以下三种情况:一是把室内钢结构防火涂料与耐水、耐冻融、耐老化、强度高的室外钢结构防火涂料相混淆;二是有些设计人员错误地认为,防火涂料的耐火时间与涂料的厚度成正比,只要单纯增加防火涂料的厚度就可以相应提高涂料的耐火时间,从而错误地把一些超薄型涂料用于耐火极限要求大于1.5h的承重钢结构;三是把饰面型防火涂料和钢结构防火涂料相混淆,造成钢结构的耐火极限达不到大幅度提高。

4)耐久性问题无论何种防火涂料,其检测报告中给出的耐火极限均是其使用前的检验结果,笔者认为防火涂料的耐久性应包括两个方面的含义:一是涂层的粘结力是否持久,即涂层与基材的粘结力,防火涂料是否随着时间的延长而出现剥落、粉化等现象;二是涂层的防火性能是否持久,即经过若干年后,其耐火极限是否降低,这一点的危害较之前者更具有隐蔽性。以有机组分为主的薄型和超薄型钢结构防火涂料,无论是用于室外还是室内,其有机组分都有可能产生分解、降解、老化,从而使涂层剥落、粉化或失去防火性能。
