浅谈钢结构的技术特点

1、防火技术


1, fire protection technology


钢材虽不可燃,但不耐火。当温度超过 300°C以后,屈服点、抗拉强度和弹性模量均开始显著下降,到600°C时则几乎降到零。常用的防火办法是在钢结构外面包混凝土或砖砌体,也可在构件表面喷涂一层含蛭石、石棉或其他材料的水泥浆。当钢结构表面长期受辐射热达150°C以上时,应用隔热层加以保护。

2、防锈蚀技术

钢结构表面不加保护则在周围介质的作用下会产生锈蚀。锈蚀的速率与周围介质的温度、湿度和有害物质的含量有关。防锈蚀的方法,最常用的是用油漆等保护;也可用镀锌等金属镀层保护;或采用化学氧化处理办法保护,如磷化处理。采用含铜、铬、镍等元素的合金钢材可提高抗锈蚀能力。
